PARS has donated two Technician-level ARRL Ham Radio License Manuals (study guides) to the Pamlico County Library and the Pamlico Community College to allow their patrons to study for and take the first examination for a Ham radio license. The guides were brand new and current 3rd editions good until June 2018 when a new edition will be published. Below are pictures of the librarians accepting the books into their collection.
